What sport do you compete in, and which university are you attending in the United States?
I play soccer, and I have earned admission to Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.
When and how did the idea of studying in the United States first come to you?
The idea first came to me a few years ago. I kept hearing from other athletes that the American college system offers an excellent opportunity to combine sports and academics. I wanted to continue playing soccer while earning a degree, improving as a player, and becoming fluent in English—and studying in the United States allows me to do all of that at the same time.
How did you feel when you found out that you had been accepted?
It was a dream come true, and I knew it marked the beginning of a brand-new chapter in my life.
What is your biggest goal in the United States, both as an athlete and as a person?
As an athlete, I want to earn a consistent place in the starting lineup and play an important role in the team’s success. In the long run, I also want to continue developing and hopefully reach an even higher level in soccer.
As a person, I want to make the most of this experience by discovering new cultures and building meaningful connections that will benefit me in the future.
What advice would you give to athletes who are thinking about pursuing a sports scholarship in the United States?
Don’t wait—go for it! If you’re serious about both your sport and your education, American universities offer an incredible opportunity to pursue both at the highest level.
Who has played the biggest role in your success?
First and foremost, my parents, who have supported me throughout my journey. I’m also very grateful to my former coaches for everything they have taught me. In addition, I’d like to thank the Study N Sport team for standing by my side throughout the entire application process.
Why would you recommend Study N Sport to other young athletes?
Because they truly guide you through every step of the journey. They don’t just help with the administrative side of things—they also prepare you for the challenges ahead and are always there whenever you need support.
What are you looking forward to the most in the United States, outside of sports?
I’m really looking forward to meeting people from all over the world, trying new things, traveling, and experiencing everyday college life in the United States. I want to make the most of this opportunity—not only as an athlete, but also as a person.
We want to get to know you better
